Bursa Provincial Directorate of Family, Labour, and Social Services, is a public office that is responsible for protecting the family which is fundemantal element of society, strengthening the individuals socially and financially, including them into employment, implementing the systematic actions to enable individuals accessing social security and social services.

Our institution is inferior to Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services in central organization, and Bursa Governorship in local organization.

Bursa Provincial Directorate of Family, Labour, and Social Services produces policies regarding the disadvantaged groups with special needs; i.e. children, disabled, elderly, women, veterans, relatives of martyrs, in terms of their social, financial, and cultural needs in order to eliminate the inequality among all citizens, preventing any kind of abuse and neglect, minimising the issues due to poverty and deprivation.

On the focus of our social policies and strategies, preserving the strength of the family against various risks.

In congruent with this goal, Social Service Centres open within work hours and nursing homes for children, women, elderly and disabled on 7/24 basis  offer services inferior to our Directorate.
